Its a journal, a psychoeducation, and a free therapist in one. After I follow the apos prompt to initially rate my emotions and answer the questions, invariably when it is time to re-rate my emotions at the end, Ive experienced a significant drop in negative feelings and an increase in positive ones. Im hopeful that the mindfulness skills Im learning from interacting with the app will generalize and help me identify thinking traps throughout my day. Highly recommended!
