Great "Reality" Check
I am a huge fan of cognitive therapy and this is a great substitute for talking to a therapist face to face. It steps you through describing your situation, identifies thought traps and the all or nothing thinking we all fall into from time to time. It helps you reframe the situation going forward and gives you tips to avoid the traps in the future.
It is also a nice journal with a guided entry format.
I highly recommend this app.
