Great
Its been quite helpful for me. I like the end descriptions of thought traps. Its a good way to end a session of introspections. How ever knowing CBT this app could be taken maybe a little bit further to a more complete and depth evaluation of thought and moods. Its rather casual. And Maybe thats what they are going for but id prefer something less casual and more content. I like moving the face to show my emotion. It jives with me.
