Enjoying the process
I am a writer and yet I always neglect to take time at the end of the day to check in with myself -- I abandoned journalling a long time ago and have always felt guilty for not writing more for myself. Moodnotes has been a step in a positive direction. I appreciate the gentle notifications to jot down my mood and thoughts. I have been using it for a week and am eager to see how my mood shifts when I look back on a few months of using the app.
