Life Changing

Amazing app leaves me grateful every time.

I absolutely adore this app, its helped a lot with me being able to explain my feelings and actually know what Im feeling besides "bleh" and "woo", what they could add though is a place where all your notes insights can be found, it would be easier than scrolling back down to see them

Literally can change a bad thing into a good one

Awesome and when I am so upset, this brings me back down to earth and i understand things from a clearer perspective. Helps so much, LOVE IT!!!

iPad + iCloud sync please.

Love mood-notes. any plan for an iPad version? Especially since the pro came out with a keyboard it would be nice to fill in a longer entry on a real keyboard. Which brings me to point number 2; is an ICloud compatible version on the horizon. Would be nice to have your "mood" on multiple devices. Which lets me conclude with the request for stats. Like status bars to see your moods development over time and the proliferation of certain emotions. All in all I love the app, but I feel like the app could use a little development love.

Useful App

This app has been more helpful than I expected it to be. I recommend allowing notifications because more than once I have appreciated a timely "How are you feeling?" The app gently leads you into self-reflection and offers suggestions for improving your mood that are straight-forward and realistic.

Simple brain therapy

Beautiful app, with a well-thought flow to easily report and rethink thought patterns. Potentially life changing.

Reduces overwhelming feelings almost immediately

I love using Moodnotes when Im feeling overwhelmed with anxiety or guilt. It helps me sort out my thoughts and separate my emotions from what is really happening. I usually feel at least a little bit better immediately after using the app.

This app helps you break out of the events of the day to reflect on mood and thought patterns. Really helpful and well crafted.

Life altering and simple to engage.

Very functional. An effective chronicle of thought patterns that fabricate my flawed perspectives. I can learn from my own insights and modify my thinking and behaviors. Priceless in its utility and simplicity. Almost immediately snaps me out of anger and depressed mood.

Very helpful

I find journaling very effective for self awareness and change in thinking. I particularly like the positive and negative emotion adjustment scales.

Great journal and pseudo-therapist

I use this app intermittently, since I like to keep a physical journal by my bedside. I use it if the mood strikes and Im out of the home or for jotting down dreams. Its a great way to check feelings and to find out what "traps" I may be falling into. Really does feel like a therapist.

Great way to keep aware of what you are feeling and switch your perspective on life. Excellent digital strategy.

I love this app so much and I think its helpful to me because it helps me self reflect on ideas and thoughts and even things I might be going through such as a fight or a great experience I had. So overall I give this app 5stars because it is amazing.

I love this app and it progressively gets better and better as time goes on. Keep up the good work because this is a great way of releasing tension or whatever is on my mind.

Very helpful...

...in learning to recognize my feelings. Once I know how I feel the app helps me to figure out why, and then explore thoughts that change the feelings. By repeating the assessment many times I understand my feelings and can help myself.

Great free therapy

Im easily stressed and this app has already helped me manage my responses to emotions. The suggestions for enriching positive feelings and reframing/redirecting negative feelings are techniques that Ive found applicable in the real world outside of the app.

Soothing

Its a small thing, but putting these thoughts into writing really does help take a step back and approach things more constructively, and less fearfully. Im thankful for this app.
