I can actually feel my mind slow down when I finish an entry and focus on changing a thought. 10/10 would recommend!
A little bit pricey, but hopefully that incentivizes high quality development standards. I just started using it so idk how useful it will be in the future, but atm its pretty cool.

Great way to keep track of your moods, and it provides reminders for you that you can customize, so you dont have to keep checking in, itll ask you how youre doing. Later analysis is useful as well, with a clean graphical interface and a small notes section to relay any messages you want to to your future self.

Lovely and functional interactions
Great alternative to journaling. But better than journaling. I almost didnt get the app, but I had a gut feeling. So glad I followed through. I dont keep a journal with me everywhere I go. But I always have my phone. Being able to get it all out feels so good. And it helps you to work through the feeling when you are experiencing them. I am so grateful for this app.
I am a writer and yet I always neglect to take time at the end of the day to check in with myself -- I abandoned journalling a long time ago and have always felt guilty for not writing more for myself. Moodnotes has been a step in a positive direction. I appreciate the gentle notifications to jot down my mood and thoughts. I have been using it for a week and am eager to see how my mood shifts when I look back on a few months of using the app.
Im in therapy for depression and anxiety. This app helps me keep track of my feelings and reminds me to reframe my self-talk in an incredibly helpful way. Its such a great tool for CBT.
