My favourite app

You really get to see how much you change over time. Just wish the enrich entry had more variety. Great job !

Best mental health app!

Its a journal, a psychoeducation, and a free therapist in one. After I follow the apos prompt to initially rate my emotions and answer the questions, invariably when it is time to re-rate my emotions at the end, Ive experienced a significant drop in negative feelings and an increase in positive ones. Im hopeful that the mindfulness skills Im learning from interacting with the app will generalize and help me identify thinking traps throughout my day. Highly recommended!

Not bad if you keep it up

Could be better but its easy to use.

Helped with me my break up

In a nut shell I was emotionally beat up after a break up of a serious relationship. This app helped me talk it out and get all my feels out there. Mens please use this app. I know its hard to cry and just spill everything you want to say towards your "manily" friends. But its super unhealthy. DOWNLOAD THIS APP

Great "Reality" Check

I am a huge fan of cognitive therapy and this is a great substitute for talking to a therapist face to face. It steps you through describing your situation, identifies thought traps and the all or nothing thinking we all fall into from time to time. It helps you reframe the situation going forward and gives you tips to avoid the traps in the future. It is also a nice journal with a guided entry format. I highly recommend this app.

Love

This is simple easy and I love the reminders. Because j forget sometimes. ✨

Guided introspection

This app has been really helpful in checking my thoughts for traps, step by step. The short daily exercise helps to remind me of the good things, calmly assess the not so good things, and raise my awareness of traps sooner.

Enjoying it

Going ok. Great place to jot down my thoughts and get them out rather than bottle them up

Great Self Check App

Nice self reasoning lesson it helps to destress and rationalize

Find myself thinking about its advice during the day.

The best part about this app is that it helps you open a serious dialogue with yourself. Its quick enough to update throughout the day but slows you down just enough to focus on your emotions, offer advice and move on. I recommend to anyone who wants to focus more on a personal, internal conversation. You will really learn about yourself with this app.

Simple, useful guided Diary

This app has a set of simple, yet powerful features. By having it remind you on a daily basis to reflect on your feelings and explore them once in a while, you eventually develop a habit and a method to experience and embrace your experience.

Great app that works

I really want a passcode though. I love how this lets me access bad feelings and readjust.

Love it

Help me learn what to do with my traps or with reinforcing the positive. Love the UI. Love the intention.

Awesome!

This app really helped paired with my therapy and psychiatry appointments. It helped me keep good notes and keep track of my emotions and where/when/why I felt them. Would recommend to anyone as a companion for CBT/DBT/whatever therapy. Love this app.

Good timing.

Popped up at the right time. I can remember things!

Great App

Managing your emotions in the moment will help you manage your future moving forward.

Just what Ive needed

This is the app Ive always wanted, but could never find. Now I find it. Simple and so effective. So good. Well done.

Well done

This is the nicest mood journaling app I have found. Its easy to use, there are no hidden fees, and the data stays on my phone (unless I choose to export it). Hopefully the creators will continue to enhance this great app. I would like to see the ability to record journal entries from the Watch instead of only being able to select a mood. The app needs multiple reminder alarms and more ways to look at data. Perhaps some type of map view would be nice. Overall though, its worth the money.

Pretty good so far

Ive only recently started using the app on a regular basis but Ive found it to be useful so far. The UX is certainly much better than its sister-app Moodkit, which I found too convoluted for general CBT purposes. The more pleasant UI makes me more likely to make entries in the app more often. My minor complaint is that some of the writing within the app could use better editing grammar-wise.

Great

Its been quite helpful for me. I like the end descriptions of thought traps. Its a good way to end a session of introspections. How ever knowing CBT this app could be taken maybe a little bit further to a more complete and depth evaluation of thought and moods. Its rather casual. And Maybe thats what they are going for but id prefer something less casual and more content. I like moving the face to show my emotion. It jives with me.
