Pretty perfect - Just what you need

This app helps me so much. Entries can be as quick or as detailed as you wish, it makes me actually tune into what Im feeling, help identify why, and has "thinking traps" questions that somehow manage to bring clarity-- and thus some comfort--every time.

100% Excellent

Ive only been using this app for three days, and I already love it! It feels like I have a personal life coach right in my pocket. Not only does it force me to look a negative emotions in a more objective way (and thereby neutralize my reaction to a "negative" situation), it also makes me think more about positive feelings (which literally has made me hold myself to a higher standard and implement more healthier habits in my life). I cannot recommend this app enough. ESPECIALLY if you practice Landmarks curriculum for living. This is NOT a Landmark app, but its features and uses support the self-awareness that is taught in Landmark courses.

The best app to track your mood and emotions involved in your thoughts. Pay careful attention to the words and the meanings of each tip. Put some time in it.

My phone Diary

I like that I can record my moods and thoughts into this app in the palm of my hand as it collects data on all the days of how Ive been. Its nice to eventually see the big picture when you record enough, and focus on your common traps you may be using when you have negative feelings. Its like my little mood diary. I write in a journal too, for the detailed events of my life, but this app helps remind me of how Im feeling and to take a break to record the little things down when I dont have my journal on hand. I would recommend this app for those whove been struggling with negative emotions, like I been lately.

Reinforces your healthy thought patterns

I had thought this app would simply be just another of those "positive thinking" apps. This is so much more! Mood Notes helps you to pinpoint both positive and negative emotions (i.e. constructive and destructive emotions), your thought process that lead you to those, track patterns of thinking that are affecting your overall emotional state, and provides tips that reinforce your healthy thought patterns! Truly a useful app!

This app gave me the confidence and self resolve to actually face the issues Ive been having on an emotional level. Its a great way to become more self aware.

Excellent system

Sometimes just having a system is enough to clarify and untangle thoughts that lead to depression and unhappiness. Moodnotes is certainly a great app and a system that at least allows me to view my thoughts and emotions externally.

Quick and useful

The app asks how youre feeling once a day which isnt annoying, its a nice reminder to evaluate yourself and how youre actually feeling. Its so easy to navigate it, I can write a lot or a little bit about my day and I enjoy the faces to rate my mood.

Great way to unpack your brain

This app has helped me understand how I think and figure out a better way to see and handle situations. The ability to track your moods over time also helps you see how youre doing and see trends in why youre feeling a certain way over time.
